This coffee comes from a farm located near Jabal Haraz, the first region to cultivate coffee in the world. Jabal Haraz is southwest of the capital of Yemen Sana’a, the farm is 1900 meters above sea level. The coffee is named after the Legendary palace of the Previous imams of the North The Rock Palace, a landmark of history’s architect. The rock Palace coffee is a premium coffee that scored as high as 88 points. Enjoy hints of raisin, red grape molasses, and caramel mouthfeel. A very elegant cup with winey notes that makes it one of a kind.
