Description

Named after the historical palace Dar al Hajar, one of the most astonishing tourist sites located to the north west of the Capital Sana’a Yemen. Rock palace reserve has the highest elevation among Mazaj collection, with an elevation of 2400-2450 masl. This coffee has showed great taste notes scoring as high as 89 points from the first year. The farm is located in the region of Bani Matar and grown by a group of 20 farmers producing a few hundred kilos of green beans every year. With hints of peach, pink grapefruit, and rose Bani Matar coffee is an absolute winner.
